All clients are required to place a valid credit card on file for automatic payment. We will charge your card for the balance due the day we service your account.
We understand that cards are lost and stolen and are sometimes declined due to low funds on a particular day. If your card is declined, we will try it again a few days later. If it still won’t go through, we will try to contact you. If you respond quickly with another card, we will promptly put you back on the schedule. If we don’t hear from you, you will be removed from the schedule and we will send you a bill for the balance due.
